Privacy Policy
Last updated August 15, 2026
This policy covers anthonyricciardo.com, operated by Anthony Ricciardo (“I”, “me”). It explains what the site collects, why, who it goes to, and how to have it removed. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
What is collected
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, company name, revenue range, technology team size and whatever you write in the message field. Alongside it I record the date and time of your submission, the page you submitted from, your IP address, and which consent boxes you ticked. That last group exists so I can prove, years later if necessary, exactly what you agreed to and when.
There is no account system on the public site, no newsletter signup, and no other form. Nothing is collected from you passively as you read.
Why it is collected
To reply to you, to schedule and hold the call you asked for, and to keep a record of your communication preferences. If you become a client, to carry out the work and administer the engagement. That is the entire list.
Mobile information
No mobile information is sold or shared with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party for those purposes. Phone numbers collected here are used only to contact you about your enquiry and the services you asked about.
Who it is shared with
Your submission is stored in GoHighLevel, the customer relationship platform used to manage enquiries, and the site itself is hosted on Vercel. Both act as service providers: they process the data to deliver the service and are not permitted to use it for their own marketing. Nothing is sold, rented, or traded to anyone, ever.
The only other circumstance in which information would be disclosed is where the law requires it.
Text messages and email
You will only receive text messages if you ticked the relevant consent box on the form. Consent is never a condition of contacting me or of any service provided, and declining does not stop your enquiry from being submitted. If you decline, a Do Not Disturb flag is set on your record across every channel and no calls, texts or marketing email are sent to you.
Reply STOP to any text message to opt out, or HELP for help. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Email has an unsubscribe link in the footer of every marketing message.
Analytics and cookies
This site sets no analytics cookies, no advertising pixels, and no third-party trackers. The only cookies it can set are session cookies for a private, password-protected area that is not part of the public site and is not reachable without a password.
The booking calendar shown after you submit the form is embedded from GoHighLevel and may set its own cookies when you interact with it, under their privacy policy.
How long it is kept
Enquiries are retained while there is a reasonable prospect of working together, and consent records are retained for at least four years after the last contact because telecommunications rules require being able to produce them. Ask for deletion at any time and everything except the consent record itself is removed.
Your choices
You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted, by emailing Anthony@AnthonyRicciardo.com. If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, and exercising them will never result in different or worse treatment. Since nothing is ever sold, there is no sale to opt out of.
Children
This is a business-to-business site and is not directed at anyone under 18. No information is knowingly collected from children.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top changes with it. The current version always governs.
