These terms govern your use of anthonyricciardo.com, operated by Anthony Ricciardo. By using the site or submitting the contact form, you agree to them. They apply to this website only — any consulting engagement is governed by its own signed agreement, which takes precedence over anything here.

What this site is

An informational website describing fractional CTO and technology advisory services. Nothing on it is an offer, a contract, or professional advice for your specific situation. Engagements begin only when a separate written agreement is signed by both parties.

Using the site

Use it lawfully. Don’t attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, including the password-protected area, don’t scrape or automate against it in a way that degrades it for anyone else, and don’t submit false information or someone else’s contact details through the form.

Communications and text messaging

When you submit the contact form you may separately consent to receive (a) appointment and transactional SMS messages and (b) marketing and promotional SMS messages from Anthony Ricciardo at the phone number you provide.

Neither consent is required, and neither is a condition of purchase or of any service provided. You can submit the form without ticking either box. If you do, a Do Not Disturb flag is set on your record across every channel and you will not be called, texted, or sent marketing email.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out of further messages, or HELP for help. You can also opt out at any time by emailing Anthony@AnthonyRicciardo.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Booking a call

Scheduling is handled through an embedded third-party calendar. Booking a slot reserves time and creates no obligation on either side. Please cancel or reschedule if your plans change.

Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, layout, and the frameworks described on it, including The Order of Operations — belongs to Anthony Ricciardo. You are welcome to quote it with attribution and a link. You may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Nothing on it guarantees a particular business result — outcomes depend on facts specific to your company. To the maximum extent the law allows, liability arising from use of this website is limited to $100. This does not limit anything that cannot lawfully be limited, and it does not affect the terms of a signed engagement agreement.

Links to third-party sites, including LinkedIn and the booking calendar, are provided for convenience. Their content and their privacy practices are their own.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top changes when they are. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
